Joe Yahner?s One Chance to Make Things Right - And Our Ultimatum

We have received an outpouring of dirt on the newly appointed chief of police Joe Yahner. Joe Yahner has not been brought up on our blog all that often, but if Joe doesn?t make some significant strides and improvements, that very well could change.

Joe Yahner already had his first black eye this week, when a 12-year Phoenix PD veteran named Bill McCartney was caught stealing Oxycontin pills from impound. He was replacing the pills with placebos like aspirin, tylenol, etc., and when he was caught he resigned to avoid prosecution.

Many good cops have reached out to us telling us that Joe Yahner was once a good guy but like many, once in the grips of Jack Harris has turned a blind eye to the crimes inflicted on citizens and good cops. So like Darth Vadar, we know there was once good in him and we think it is still there. So we are posting this blog solely for Joe Yahner that he will step up and do the right thing, or face consequences like so many assclowns have before him.

Joe:

We know you read this blog. Your closest allies have told us and said you hoped you wouldn?t be mentioned here. So far you have been blessed and lucky being unscathed. Everyone knows once we get a cop in our sites, it?s pretty much the end of their career outside of Phoenix. Look at Jack? You have been given an incredible gift to right so many injustices going on in Phoenix that your former mentor, chief Jack Ass Harris created. We are offering our personal incentive for you to do the right thing and not follow in a Jack Ass? footsteps.

Jack Harris is gone. Like the photo with Ensign Ricky, he isn?t ever coming back.

Jack took the arrows for the fraud and hopefully will get his indictments soon. With retirement looming in February for Jack Harris, you have the power to rid yourself of idiots like Murray Andy Anderson, Jim Pina, Eric Edwards, Rob Handy and all that is vile and populates the fourth floor.

Joe, we aren?t so concerned about what you knew about this fraud (which according to what we received might be more than you are letting on?) but rather how we heal and move forward so that Blogs like this aren?t needed anymore.

What you need to do is create your own council of good cops and surround yourself with good honest people. A few names that come to mind are Tim Hampton, Glen Gardner and Kevin Robinson - good honest cops who you can glean from and get some good advice on how to fix things. Put one of these guys in charge of the kidnapping stats review and watch what you will discover!

Joe: The Ides of March are upon you. The citizens of Phoenix are expecting you to show some forward progress, before the full brunt of this blog is upon you. You don?t have much time before we start posting audio recordings of you and all your dirty little secrets for the world to see and some Heston Silbert stuff. We will own the words ?Joe Yahner? like we own Louie Tovar, Jack Harris, Phil Gordon, Steve Soha and so many piss poor cops before you. You don?t have much time before we post an interview with members of your police academy class.

We expect to see some great changes from you and know you can do this, but specifically we need to see some significant strides and movement in the following areas:

1) Lauri Burgett: She will be on home leave pending a PSB investigation for her involvement and creation of fraudulent kidnapping stats and while awaiting criminal indictments from the federal government.

2) Phil Roberts: Phil be reinstated immediately and all four of his current PSB investigations will be dismissed. Phil Roberts will be given the pick of any Sergeant?s job he wishes within the PPD.

3) Dave Barnes: You need to hire him back as a cop. There is no reason good people should be at home because of a lying Jack Ass and a couple of dumb Polombos named Mike and Heather.

4) Stan Hoover: Get this miserable fucktard into AA. This fat drunk bastard spends too much time at Bevmo stocking up on the weekly specials??We?re kidding here Joe ? but you can start to clean house with dirty pigs like the Polombos and others that are often mentioned here who are now in hiding ? like Steven Soha.

There are a few more good cops sitting at home. I know you know of one personally via some computer work that was performed for you and ironically he was ?retired? for similar reasons. You need to make things right there too, Joe. You don?t fuck friends Joe unless they?re hotties in G-strings pushing their double DDs in your face or they meet you in a Maryvale parking lot.

Joe, you should have personally contacted these individuals or their representatives to begin the long needed healing of crimes inflicted on them by your former boss. If not, every indiscretion that ever occurred in your twenty-six year career will be posted here for the world to see with the full support of the 1st Amendment and the US Constitution behind us. You may look at this as a threat and we know the Jack Ass and his Axis of Evil will call you about this, telling you not to do it, but we say ignore the calls and think of this as your performance based incentive plan.

If you perform, you can be the chief of the Phoenix police in perpetuity with our support.

The time is yours Joe. The ball is completely in your court and you will have no one to blame but yourself for when you Google you name and the picture of a horses-ass appears, like you former boss. We encourage you to reach out to those good cops and block out those douchebags we mentioned.

Use this time wisely. We are all watching and waiting. Keep in mind we have so many resources with the Phoenix police department; we will know every move you make, or not.
