Yes folks it is that time of year again?time for the Volokh Conspiracy March Madness pool.  To the winner goes a nifty Volokh Conspiracy T-shirt.

I?ve configured it to increase the weight in each round (from 1 up to 32) and to multiply by the seed of the winner picked.  Why?  Why not, I guess.  It didn?t seem to me that any other scheme would be better.

And remember?one bracket per person, please.  I know that a Volokh Conspiracy T-shirt is a highly coveted prize, but remember our ethics!
