: FinancialCounselEccleston Law Investigates Innovative Advisory Services, Inc. and Richard H. Nickles for Allegedly Operating $10 Million Ponzi Scheme
By James Eccleston
The attorneys at Eccleston Law have launched an investigation into Santa Ana, California investment advisory firm Innovative Advisory Services, Inc. and its owner, Richard H. Nickles, of operating what is believed to hace been a $10 million Ponzi scheme. Victims of the scheme are encouraged to contact our attorneys to discuss their recovery options.
Upon information and belief, Nickles placed advertisements in the Orange County Register and the Los Angeles Times advertising safe investments in securities that were ?United States Government Guaranteed?, ?Guaranteed?, ?Insured?, or ?FDIC Insured?. Once Nickles convinced investors to invest their money with him, instead of investing the money in the bonds that he recommended, Nickles used the investor money to invest in other securities and to make interest payments to earlier investors in a classic Ponzi scheme manner. Nickles recently pled guilty to securities fraud and can face up to 25 years in prison.
Eccleston Law represents individual and institutional investors to recover their investment losses caused by securities and investment fraud. Our attorneys also help victims of Ponzi schemes pursue recovery by submitting claims with receiverships established by the SEC or by assisting victims with the filing of a Theft Loss Tax Deduction with the IRS.
If you have lost money investing with Richard H. Nickles or Innovative Advisory Services, or if you have information about this fraud, please contact Jim Eccleston at the Eccleston Law Offices at 312-332-0000.
