: FinancialCounselEccleston Law Actively Seeking Clients of Robert M. Jaffe or Cohmad Securities in Connection with Madoff Losses
By James Eccleston
The attorneys at Eccleston Law have launched an investigation of former financial adviser Robert M. Jaffe or Cohmad Securities Corporation for allegedly steering investors into the Bernard Madoff Ponzi scheme. Our attorneys are actively seeking to speak with investors who may have suffered losses as a result of investing with Robert Jaffe or Cohmad Securities.
A FINRA arbitration panel recently ordered that Robert M. Jaffe and Cohmad Securities Corporation must pay $1.1 million plus interest to an investor group who was introduced to Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, LLC through Jaffe.
In November 2010, Jaffe and Cohmad settled with the SEC, who charged Jaffe of receiving tens of millions of dollars in compensation from Madoff?s firm for investments that never took place. Cohmad Securities is believed to have a deep connection to Bernard Madoff, as Madoff himself is believed to have been a part owner in Cohmad Securities, along with Maurice J. Cohn and Marcia B. Cohn.
Eccleston Law represents individual and institutional investors nationwide to recover their investment losses caused by securities fraud, unsuitable investment recommendations, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence or other misconduct. We have extensive experience representing investors in arbitration and litigation disputes with securities broker-dealers and investment advisory firms, and have recovered tens of millions of dollars for investors.
If you are an investor that has suffered losses investing with Robert M. Jaffe or Cohmad Securities, please contact Jim Eccleston at the Eccleston Law Offices at 312-332-0000 to discuss your recovery options.
