So when Danny Garcia speaks, don?t EVER shake your head in disagreement or you will be reprimanded and have a letter placed in your file. 

Can you believe it?  Showing disagreement is now disrespectful in the eyes of the Phoenix PD.   Even inside the Police, they are becoming a Police State.  

Can you not laugh?  Can you not smile?

This just shows the factual side of Chief Danny Garcia and how the Phoenix PD is out of control. It's a prism most of us don't get to see.  Next time there is a Danny Garcia Town Hall Meeting, we are going to sit smack in front of him, shaking our heads in disagreement.

And Jamie:  You have our permission to drop a used tampon in Chief Garcia's coffee.  Better yet, write "BadPhoenixCops" on the side with a Sharpie and plop one in his mug!    

Maybe Garcia will get the message.

And while you are there, spill some Crisco Oil or butter on the floor outside of Jim Pina's office and hope for the best.
