Popeye Doyle, he worked with the Feds. Here's an interesting Popeye Doyle post about Gregory W. Floyd's truck, but here's the one that set it up, asking why no inventory was conducted given that everyone knew he was a three (3) time felon with a violent streak who had even threatened LE with a "third eye 'cos he was sittin' on his Ruger......"
