Sinson Morrison advises movie theatre REIT on $500 milliion stock issue. KC Business Journal. Kansas City lawyers at Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP said they have advised public stock offerings with an aggregate value of $500 million in the past 15 months for Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE: EPR).

The Kansas City-based corporate firm added $200 million of that total by advising EPT, a real estate investment trust in Crown Center, on its public offerings of common shares and Series E cumulative convertible shares on March 28.

The company's offering included 3 million Series E shares at $25 a share as well as 2.1 million common shares.

Entertainment Properties Trust is a developer and financier of properties for theater companies.

For all clients combined, the firm advised on public securities offerings of $1.8 billion in the past 15 months.
