: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast says Defendant Kelly Ayotte is still a disingenuous Attorney for her refusal to reopen a murder investigation on Gregory W. Floyd.
By Christopher King

In this Union Leader story she says"If new evidence came forward about the actual incident itself, we always have the ability to look at the case," said Attorney General Kelly Ayotte. But, she added, that has not happened in the case that ended with Floyd shooting Liko Kenney, 24, minutes after Kenney killed Franconia Police Cpl. Bruce McKay."
But she doesn't need "new" evidence, she just needs to be honest about the evidence that she already has, some of which she refuses to provide to KingCast in violation of RSA 91-A (yet again) as noted below the Floyd partial Rap Sheet.
The Union Leader mentions Bill Kenney asking the State to reopen things but did not include a link to his full letter he sent to Speaker Norelli seconding the KingCast 93-A issues and Fraud Counsel request to look into various matters involving the tragedy, which he sent to her by and through KingCast and Chris King's 1st Amendment Page. The responses are now well overdue, actually but they promised me a response is coming soon.
1. The Windshield bullet shot from the south without any word from Floyd that blocked Liko from driving south to Tamarack after he shot McKay, just after McKay violated three (3) pursuit policies and at least two (2) OC Spray policies.
2. Look at her documented history of lies and coverups regarding her erstwhile hero, Gregory W. Floyd.
3. Kelly lied to Attorney X/Harold Burbank and there's no two ways about that, when she said the "witness statements were all consistent" regarding Floyd's actions. I wish the Union Leader would run a copy of THAT email, which is right here.
4. The fingerprint analysis that she owes me pursuant to Piper v. United States DOJ, 294 F. Supp. 2d 16 (2003) and my pending RSA 91-A request that is now two (2) months old as noted in this reminder post. It would be good to see the Union Leader address that.
And that's just for starters. She's such a liar it makes me ill; totally repugnant to the demands of the U.S. and State Constitutions and general notions of Fair Play and Justice. It's simply disgusting.
I'm glad she said what she said and the Union Leader ran it today because in a minute there are going to be a LOT more people from beyond New Hampshire looking at this case, any minute now and probably by tomorrow morning, and that will be my next post and they in turn will see this one.
Anyone who has seen Floyd's actions and listened to his insupportable rants and anti-Kenney diatribes has to admit that my position is strengthened that he may have murdered Liko Kenney, and that things did not happen the way AG Kelly Ayotte says they happened out there on Rte 116.
Related post: Thanks, Kelly, you're just like Mike Nifong. That shoe leather's going to start tasting real good one day.
