KingCast presents: The good, the bad and the ugly -- one new and several outstanding FOIA requests in the Franconia shooting tragedy.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
Okay first the Good: Back on 9 May 2008 I posted about the outstanding issues. The State Police, by and through Attorney Marta Modigliani, again led the way with open communication. Even though she was out of the office, she already told me what she can and can't do as she is formalizing her response and getting a cost estimate for the DVD in which Bruiser Bruce McKay detained a 79 year-old elder for about two hours for an expired registration.

That should be interesting.

Meanwhile I also sent off the loot for Charming Bruce's encounter with Ms.B that resulted in her 13-page complaint against him about the penis-shaped knife near privates/labia/groin/crotch, etc. that Chief Montminy ignored. Judge Cyr ruled the DUI stop was without Probable Cause, BTW.

That too should be interesting.

Now the bad: The town still hasn't said "boo" to me about any of the currently-pending materials on McKay's communications equipment, not even the courtesy that Attorney Modigliani displayed when she wrote "hey, I'm out of the office, give me a minute," and I said "most certainly."

I don't know who in the hell they think they are playing with because even though I'm not currently able to be counsel of record on a liability lawsuit, it is quite possible that everything I am doing -- and everything they are not doing -- is being closely monitored for subsequent Action. And that's not including the Franconia Collective report to the U.S. House so these folks better start looking sharp, have no illusions.

And the Ugly: Still no response from the town on the FACT that they either:
a) lied to Judge Vaughn or
b) destroyed Troy Watts' Ethics Complaint against Bruiser Bruce and lied to the Court by omission.

And the Feds have still not responded to my FOIA request on Gregory W. Floyd so I will be calling 202.572.0640 today to check up on that situation and see if they make me send a Certified Letter instead of one that was merely tracked and disappeared. But remember I know they are aware of it because I have the hits from their Washington DC office of the AG's office to prove it.

So while I'm still waiting I might as well make it worth my time:

Dear Attorney Mullen and Chief Montminy and Sally Small, pursuant to RSA 91-A, please produce a copy of any and all phone bills with numbers dialed and numbers called for any town mobile phones used by Norman Bruce McKay in March, April and May of 2007. Don't shred it, just pass it on within the timeframe provided by law, not that you've ever particularly followed that.
