Q: How many continuances will it take to get to the center of a simple-assed theft case?

A: As many as it takes to get his daddy to trial and appeal so that the theft offense can't be used to impeach Junior's testimony therein. Also, Junior was an inch away from Perjury under Prosecutor Gainor's Cross x/e when he started to say that there had been no guns discharged at the Floyd household, when in point of FACT Gregory W. Floyd ADMITTED to violating 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) on several occasions, as we will note to the U.S. House this summer, in person.
