                                                Talk about scheduling mishaps.  Felony Division FG, currently presided over by Judge Dale Cohen, was the long time stomping ground of retired Judge Sheldon Schapiro.  No big deal, except Dale's wife, current judicial candidate Mardi Cohen, was a staff prosecutor for Schapiro a few years back.  Can anyone say recusal?Watch those VOPs boys and girls - particularly the nasty ones (Dale insists on pure open pleas - no negotiated resolutions or indication of what he will do on violations)...continue to full post
