KingCast asks Kelly Ayotte, Prosecutor Hilaire and Captain Leavitt for proof that Gregory W. Floyd disposed of guns properly.

ADVERTISEMENTS
Dear Attorneys Ayotte, Hilaire and Captain Leavitt:

I'm curious under RSA 91-A as to whether the State has any proof that Gregory W. Floyd properly disposed of his rather elaborate arsenal of weapons and ammunition that he had in 1997. As the State would be aware that he was in blatant violation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1), I am hoping that someone has proof that he disposed of these items in compliance with the Law because it is painfully obvious that he exercised dominion and control over these items found pursuant to the Affidavit/Search Warrant of Easton Police Chief Robert Every (and as set forth in the KingCast v. Ayotte et al 07-E-268 Complaint) as noted in the comments section.

Merwin Herbert 32 cal.
Glock 9mm
Ithica 12 ga.
Ruger Model 233
Ruger Black Hawk

Also, which of these, if any, was turned in last week pursuant to Judge Vaughn's Order?

And if you don't have any proof that the weapons and ammunition were turned in will you consider another warrant search to make sure he has fully complied? That would make sense given that the man clearly has a propensity to lie, witness his statements about serving in active [Vietnam] duty to Sam Stephenson and others, and his claims of "killing 43 people." Or perhaps he wasn't lying about that. We don't know because Kelly never investigated it.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration/KingCast
