Note: This is a draft and just off the top of my head, but it?s basically finished except for the hot links. When you live, eat and breathe a case like this you can write it without even consulting your notes.

The Union Leader recently ran an editorial in which the paper soundly criticized New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly Ayotte for lack of due diligence when it comes to dangerous killers.

Gregory Willis Floyd is a dangerous killer who by his own statement after shooting and possibly murdering Liko Peter Kenney said:

?I?m all right. I?ve killed 43 people.?

NH AG Kelly Ayotte never investigated that statement and she and other law enforcement officials have thus far allowed Gregory W. Floyd to get away with admitted and repeated violations of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1), which prohibits felons from possessing firearms or ammunition.

Gregory W. Floyd is in fact a three (3) time felon:

Marijuana
PCP
Virgin Mary theft (1) and (2).

Here is what he had laying all over the house in 1997 as a 3 time felon, and despite KingCast inquiry of 3 July 2008 we have no assurances that these weapons were ever disposed of properly.

Merwin Herbert 32 cal.
Glock 9mm
Ithica 12 ga.
Ruger Model 233
Ruger Black Hawk

Penalties under the Statute are severe and it does little to no good as a defense to claim that the gun was in another part of the house or locked up. See U.S. v. Ruckman. This is particularly true in Floyd?s case, as a Court of Law impliedly determined that he exercised dominion over a gun when he was convicted on 15 April 2008 by Littleton Municipal Court Judge Peter Cyr for criminal threats against his neighbor, Alma Jean Boisvert.
