: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageSo KingCast, what's your excuse for not finishing the Martha McLeod RSA 91-A Bruce McKay Highway email lawsuits today?
By Christopher King
Well I still might finish her portion, but it has occurred to me that I may add the town of Franconia as a Defendant for failing to follow the dictates of RSA 91-A yet again: This time it involves any meetings that the Selectmen had regarding terminating one Norman Bruce McKay. Obviously I struck a nerve on that. I know for fact that Bruce was on medication (Town Counsel Dan Mullen slipped up and admitted that a while back) and I believe that the medication was their would-be fix for a "classic, rogue bully hiding behind his badge." Hint for Attorney Mullen: If the public was present you client cannot refuse to provide me the documents. Also, they need to acknowledge that the documents exist even if they refuse to provide them. I'll be on Lexis this weekend reviewing more law about this area, and will be up to file the new lawsuit on or about 12 August 2008. That is the day the Franconia Collective will observe Gregory W. Floyd, Jr.'s trial for the alleged theft of about $400 (just under a felony) from his former employer, Wal-Mart.
For you naysayers: Unlike Senior's case, I'll probably not have anything to say to Junior because in my opinion, he did not murder Liko Kenney. He's just accused of being a thief, as his daddy was convicted of some time ago before expungement and further felony convictions for PCP and Marijuana sales.
