: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast renewed request for RSA 91-A complaint files on Corporal Norman Bruce McKay in light of current refusals to provide information.
By Christopher King

Dear Attorney Mullen:On or about 30 November 2007 we definitely met at the Office of the NH Bar Association where I reviewed scores of complaints written to the town of Franconia and to Police Chief Montminy. Also in that stack was the OC Spray policies that Bruce violated at Profile School and yet again on 5/11, along with the pursuit policies also violated. I will need to review and copy more of those exact same documents on 11 August, 2008 now that your client has taken the position that:
a) it will not provide a copy of this 2005/2006 Citizen Complaint;
b) any information about their discussions on terminating Corporal Norman Bruce McKay, including the minutes before a vote to private session occurred (if indeed such a vote ever occurred).
Keep in mind I already have a copy of the Citizen Complaint and Chief Montminy's investigation relative to Officer Chris Fowler, it is three (3) pages and I'm looking at it right now; it is on my desk. When will this end you ask? It will end when I am satisfied that I have exposed all of the salient issues pertaining to Bruce McKay's tenure with the Franconia Police Department. Frankly, I'm not there yet. In my opinion, and in the opinion of many people in North Country, you have only your client to blame for that.
Very truly yours,
