: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageAyotte to be sued, and RSA 91-A request to town of Franconia on drug policies: KingCast gets help from Austrialia, mate.
By Christopher King
Dear Attorney Mullen:I hate to be such a pest, but I might as well get all of my requests to you out on the same day. First, you have now admitted that Franconia considered firing Norman Bruce McKay. Second, you have previously admitted that McKay was on medication, ultra top secret, private information. Wherefore, pursuant to my discussions with a bloke from down under (Randy Briscoe), it has occurred to me that your Franconia clients should produce a copy of its implementation/monitoring policies in general with regard to its police force or any employees who are taking mental health and/or illegal drugs. See the comments section to this post with the legal arguments against your client for next week?s lawsuit for a more thorough discussion.
See, I may will sue for related information because NH AG Kelly Ayotte refuses to provide the toxicology reports. Therefore the citizens of New Hampshire have absolutely no recourse to check up on the efficacy of drug programs even when you have an officer like Bruce McKay ? described by his peers as a ?classic rogue, bully hiding behind his badge? ? carrying around a gun and violating town protocol. Frankly, that?s terrifying. It?s also repugnant to the notions of Fair Play and Substantial Justice.
Very Truly Yours,
Christopher King, J.D./KingCast.net
