KingCast epiphany: What if Bruce McKay shot out the McKenzie window and not Gregory W. Floyd?

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
Look at this post where I wonder how in the hell and why in the heck Gregory W. Floyd would have shot out Connie McKenzie's window.... which is like, 90 degrees off from target.

No, it doesn't make sense that Floyd would have shot in that direction, but it does make perfect sense that McKay could have shot in that direction accidentally, after Liko started shooting at him. But why would Liko have shot? Well first the Tahoe bash and the OC Spray violated every pursuit policy known to man so that was terrifying.

And we do know that McKay cleared leather at some point. Was he reaching for his heat when Liko capped him? Caught his hand in the cookie jar, so to speak? Remember, we also know that Floyd and Caleb said Floyd retried McKay's gun either from his hand or from the ground near him.

And we do know that McKay had a through-wound in his arm. Which arm the report does not say, but I bet it would be his right arm. He is right-handed. And as Jeffrey Strelzin pointed on on 20/20, "Liko tracks him...."

And from what I hear Liko was a pretty good shot. Is it possible that he shot Bruce McKay as McKay went to pull his heat, just out of camera range? We know from 2003 when he violated Liko's Civil Rights at Fox Hill Park he does his best work just beyond the view of the camera.....
