KingCast applauds Tom LeCompte, Ira Glass & This American Life for bringing open dialogue to the Franconia shooting tragedy.

So there you have it, it is National Public Radio's This American Life. It relates to this tennis post and yesterday's post about the event. This is Tom LeCompte's website and book on tennis star Bobby Riggs and meanwhile here is his story and coverage of police corruption in my Aunt's town of Simsbury, CT.

Anyway, they now have a list of local contacts -- civilian, LE and government -- who can and will speak to this tragedy, the events that led up to it and the aftermath. YOU MAY SPEAK ON CONDITION OF ANONYMITY. See there are gaping holes in this story and need to be brought to light and now they will be.

Meanwhile, the lawsuits:

......have been slightly modified to include this paragraph about Bruce McKay's incommunicado status and the four bullets that were shot from his gun that we have no idea who shot them.

Gregory W. Floyd said he only shot McKay's gun once or twice. So either Floyd is lying or Bruce was firing on Liko. If Floyd was lying we have been denied contrary to NH Constitution Article 8 the Right-to-Know when and where he was standing when he started firing. Here is one possible scenario in two parts, using your own photographs one and two. And of course if Bruce was firing on Liko then we have been denied contrary to NH Constitution Article 8 the Right-to-Know when and where he cleared leather and commenced to shoot.

Either way we're not going to conclude our inquiries until the origin of those 4 extra bullets is thoroughly explained.

In the lawsuit I noted that neither the AG's office or the Town of Franconia conducted any investigation into the propriety of the stop whatsoever, and they have prevented us from finding out if Bruce McKay had GSR that day, which he should not have had unless we can prove he was firing recently because he was shot outdoors, about 20' from Liko. If Kelly doesn't look into these matters perhaps the U.S. House will. We're going there next. Read the introduction.
