Der Deutsche Anwaltverein hat eine Stellungnahme zur Formulierung eines einheitlichen Informationsblattes über bestehende Rechte im Strafverfahren (”Letter of Rights“) veröffentlicht. Darin begrüßt der DAV die Bestrebungen des Bundesministeriums der Justiz, ein in allen EU-Mitgliedstaaten einheitliches Informationsblatt (”Letter of Rights”) zu verfassen, in dem die grundlegenden Verfahrensrechte aller Verdächtigen und Beschuldigten schriftlich aufgeführt werden.
Das Informationsblatt soll den Betreffenden spätestens bei ihrer Festnahme überreicht werden. (…)
