Der Verhaltensforscher Konrad Lorenz hat es schon bei den Gänsen beobachtet: Sie rotten sich lärmend zusammen, wenn sie ein schwächeres Tier loswerden wollen. Er nannte es: Mobbing.
Wenn heute von Mobbing die Rede ist, ist meistens ein Vorgang gemeint, der sich im Verborgenen abspielt. Da wird jemand isoliert, schlecht geredet, ausgegrenzt.
Anka Kampka, selbst Mobbing-Opfer, hat ein Buch darüber geschrieben.
