KingCast has Good News and Bad News for Kelly Ayotte on This American Life and Rebecca Bell RSA 91-A materials.

Good News: Tom LeCompte told me that This American Life is not going to air the Franconia shooting tragedy so tens of thousands of people will not immediately hear what McKay fiancee Sharon Davis, current Franconia LE Chris Fowler, retired Franconia/Sugar Hill LE Brad Whipple, Mobil Bob, Caleb Macaulay, Davey and Michele Kenney and Recovery and Reconciliation Committee members Gary Harwood, Virginia Jeffries and Steve Heath had to say. I had pointed them to people from all walks of life and opinions. "Too much news/crime story and not enough This American Life story," producer Jane Feltes told me of that possibility before I wrote this post. Anwyay, I am told that Gregory W. Floyd did not respond, and Martha McLeod never returned her phone calls, par for the course.

Bad News: Tom owns the interviews and he's actively pursuing publication elsewhere as the case develops and he is closely following. He's good at that, read his work on a police case in Simsbury CT.
Bad News: Casey Sherman is still going forward with his book.
Bad News: You still lied to Attorney Harold Burbank.
Bad News: KingCast v. McLeod 08-E-192 is still going forward.
Bad News: My letter to Colonel Frederick Booth.

Bad News: You were inconsistent on your RSA-91A responses regarding Rebecca Bell. In March 2008 I asked you:

"Two: Documents, emails, notes and any and all memoranda showing the names and last known addresses of any persons of whom you are aware that witnessed the 5/11 shootings, including any and all notes, emails, and memoranda the contain the name, or in any way refer to one Rebecca Bell." You in turn quoted me a certain price for those materials. Check the emails and correspondence around 21 March.

But the other day you quoted me a much lower price and told me there were but 11 pages. Turns out those pages are emails from J___ P____ and me; I had those a long time ago. With all due respect there are most assuredly more documents pertaining to one Rebecca Bell. She was a prime witness and I'm pretty sure she has family at the AG's Office -- Karen Huntress is related to her, right? -- so there would at a minimum have to be sort of disclosure/waiver/ackowledgement documents in the file if Karen was anywhere out near Franconia at any point in time near 5/11. Please review your files and follow up with me this week.
