: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageNH AG Kelly Ayotte moonlights as cherry picker but picks a rotten crop in North Country using RSA 611-B:21.
By Christopher King

The Unconstitutional application of RSA 611-B:21 continues unabated. Interesting that Kelly Ayotte doesn't want to give up any information about Bruce McKay that could be gleaned from his autopsy or toxicology results, other than that he had caffeine in his system. But she's willing to tell us all about Liko Kenney and Darren Tufts having cannabinoids in their systems. Let's take a look at what was disclosed by Kelly and her crew in the Tufts shooting, shall we?*Shapiro also reported finding 10 times the amount of a therapeutic dose of anti-depressant drugs in Tufts body.
*Toxicology results also revealed Tufts had Cannabinoids and THC in his blood, "which would have been consistent with his having consumed marijuana"
*0.22 percent ethanol in his urine "consistent with his having consumed alcohol," according to the report.
Well dang it did Bruce McKay have cannabinoids in his blood? THC or PCP from Gregory Floyd's old sales? What about his level of anti-depressants or whatever meds he was on, were those levels appropriate? Any alcohol? How about cocaine? Any other illicit substances? Did he have GSR on his hands? We just don't know because Kelly choses what to tell us, which is why I wrote her about the application of RSA 611-B:21 in the pending case of KingCast v. McLeod et al., 08-E-192.
Sorry Kelly: You can't cherry pick investigative reports like that.
