New Bruce McKay evidence and a KingCast visit with Senator Joe Biden re: Gregory W. Floyd, the Franconia shooting tragedy and 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1).

ADVERTISEMENTS
First read the CBS/Exxon-Mobil story. It's kind of disgusting when you get to McCain spokesman Ben Porritt's spin on things, especially regarding Senator Biden's response to my question on the application of currently existing gun control laws, but then again consider your element.

Good Afternoon Mr. King:

I have obtained the video from Corporal McKay?s cruiser for May 11, 2007. Please advise if you wish to view the segment from earlier that day here at the Department, or if you want to obtain a copy. If the latter, I will have to get a quote for you.

I have also obtained the Grafton County Dispatch recordings which include the time frame you have requested, specifically, 6:07:24 p.m through 6:09:15 p.m. on May 11, 2007. Please advise if you are seeking a copy of the recording, or want to hear them here at the Department. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Dear Attorney Modigliani,

I will be in touch with you shortly. You can assume I will purchase the dash cam from earlier on 5/11. I will obtain it at the same time I get the video with Bruce McKay holding 79 year-old elder AJ hostage for the better part of two (2) hours for an inspection or registration issue. If that stop was on 5/10 it's going to puzzle me because I have McKay's log for the whole week and there's no reference to it.

Also, I'm still in shock from Senator Joe Biden giving me a hug and telling me that no U.S. Attorney under his supervision will allow people like Gregory W. Floyd to carry guns. He also said some beautiful things about his grandchildren and Barack's children coming to together for sleepovers, and I knew he was coming from the Real. See this post:

It should be in tomorrow's paper or on the news tonight. Oddly, of all the people there, I was the only one he actually embraced. I've followed his career for a long time and I meant what I said when I told him that he and Barack Obama make the most formidable ticket I have seen in my lifetime.

As to my integrity, you knew it from the moment we met when I first started reviewing documents in this case and I looked you in the eye when you said "Oh, I assume you have those documents already though Kelly's investigation," to which I said "No, I've never seen these documents before in my life."

Peace.
