: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast appeals to Nashua Telegraph's Kevin Landrigan for commentary on NH AG Kelly Ayotte lying about the Michael Paulhus investigation.
By Christopher King

Dear Kevin: Yesterday at the Joe Biden rally I gave you this post in which your reporter Andrew Wolfe proved that the AG's office conducted an investigation, but denied having any such documents (read the comments for my exact RSA 91-A request and a quote from Expert reconstructionist Paul Erwin Kish) and the following colloquy ensued:"Kevin, we can't have AG's lying like this."
"Yes Chris, one would think not."
So I spent the better part of the afternoon reviewing the file down at the courhouse, and I hereby publish just a few of my findings. To wit:
1. 11 March 2005 Appearance by AAG Counsel Charles J. Keefe
2. First page of Chris Peach's witness interview of David Iovanna.
3. PP 4 and 5 of Judge Bernard Hampsey's 16 March 2005 Order noting that Senior AAG Simon Brown was investigating. While not scanned, I am also reading a 16 March 2005 SPECIFIC ORDER that the Defendant, Michael Paulhus, was to be permitted to review a prior excessive force complaint against Officer Michael Fauteux, who shot at him four (4) times.
The treatment of this case was the same as what Kelly did with the windshield bullet in Liko Kenney's car. No analysis whatsoever, because it would discredit the State's version of the events. That's a pathetic breach of the Public Trust.
Kevin, I limited influence as a blogger. People like me ferret out details that give people like you a complete picture so that you can take action. I've done my share of homework here. Now is that time for you to step up.
