It's a very complicated situation that started when a teacher put a child in a darkened room for some kind of punishment until he peed his pants and then they sent him home. Since that time, after the mother complained, her life has been a living hell. The child has ADD and an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) was supposed to be enacted but never was. She alleges, inter alia, VIOLATION OF 300.121; 300.342; LACK OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IEP; VIOLATION OF 34 C.F.R 300.502: LACK OF OUTSIDE EVALUATION, and Constitutional/Due Process violations.

She used to have no career problems, but now everywhere she goes, she gets fired and she knows the government of NH is right behind her. When you hear these stories your initial reaction is to say, "that's crazy, government couldn't act this way in this day in age," but you had better believe that government can and does indeed act that way in this day and age.

Ask Carey Carlberg or Gerard Beloin. Listen to Beloin's tapes.
