View the article here The last paragraph says he is not on the registry, nor is required to be, so apparently he is not a "high-risk" like the first paragraph says.  This is nothing more than FORCED EXILE from a county, and more unconstitutional BS! 09/23/2008 It appears a high-risk child molester will have to move out of his hometown of Burlington.
