Warner Norcross & Judd, a full-service firm of 200 lawyers with five offices in Michigan, seeks a patent attorney to join its busy and growing Technology and Intellectual Property Practice Group in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

We have a special need for an attorney with an electrical or computer background, and will consider other engineering backgrounds which include electrical training.  Current needs include computer hardware and software, circuits, electronics and optics work for a wide variety of businesses and industries.  Projects would include licensing and technology transfers, patent searching, infringement and validity opinions, and litigation support.  The ideal candidate should have two to ten years of experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications.  No book of business is required.  Interested candidates should send a cover letter, resume and copies of law school and undergraduate transcripts to Cathleen Dubault at cdubault@wnj.com.
