KingCast keeps badgering Kelly Ayotte and AAG James W. Kennedy for Simon Brown/Michael Paulhus docs and other hidden files.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
Dear Attorney Kennedy: Thank you for your letter dated 3 October 2008.

In response:

1. Please provide a copy of any and all RSA 91-A requests for the Louis A. Copponi investigation file, as you indicated that others have requested such file.

2. What is the total cost of the Simon Brown documents you have agreed to provide? Also you seem to have skirted, or at least attempted to skirt one of my questions: Again, as per the Court, "Finally, Attorney Brown informed the Court that Assistant County Attorney John Harding would investigate whether a videotape of the scene where the defendant was arrested exists, and if it does, that it would be produced immediately for the defense."

Let me be clear about this, yet again: What documents does your office possess that pertain to the investigation and what Attorney Brown discovered? I'm not trying to be difficult here but you know I've already told you I was seeking this information so how is it we're having a failure to communicate? Or are you telling me that Attorney Brown dropped the ball? Or are you telling me that Attorney Brown did not drop the ball, but that Attorney Harding dropped the ball? Regardless, there had better be SOMETHING in the file on this.

3. See Comments on Unconstitutional juvenile DNA orders.
4. See Comments on missing complaints about Concord police abuse.
