White woman claims racial harassment at Jack in the Box is an interesting Oct. 1, 2008 article from Tennessean.com. I bring it to your attention because it demonstrates a fundamental principle of employment discrimination. Title VII applies to all races. The article reports that the EEOC filed suit on behalf of this plaintiff who was called ?white trash,? ?stupid white b----,? among the many insults hurled at her by co-workers.
