Dismissal of Western Kansas murder case

Here is What the Judge Had For Breakfast's report that the state will dismiss without prejudice murder charges that have resulted in two hung juries. The dismissal order indicates that the parties anticipate that it will be final unless the state discovers some new evidence in the future that "materially strengthens" its case.
