The complaint was filed under the federal racketeering statute and Californiarsquo;s consumer fraud laws./p pa href="../../topic/anemia-drugs-overview.aspx"Anemia/a is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin (a protein that carries oxygen) in red blood cells is below normal.
