: Dispatches from the Culture WarsBack to Vegas!
By Ed Brayton
I am very disappointed that I am being forced against my will to fly back to Las Vegas this week. And at someone else's expense too. I've been asked to do an interview for a documentary about poker and they decided to fly me to Vegas Wednesday night to do the interview on Thursday. I'll be staying Friday night as well and coming home Saturday. It's a difficult thing to do, but we all have our crosses to bear. And bear it I shall.
The interview is going to be about my lawsuit against the Bush administration over their refusal to reveal the contents of a WTO settlement that allows the government to continue to make it more difficult for Americans to gamble online. This is apparently going to be one of the things discussed in the documentary. I intend to continue posting as (relatively) normal while I'm there, so look for updates.
