According to a National Post news report, Dr. Amit Kumar, nick-named "Dr. Horror" by the Indian media, who allegedly operatd an underground oragn trafficking ring in New Delhi, India is believed to be hiding in Brampton, Ontario.
Interpol has issued a rarely used "red notice" for Dr. Kumar's arrest, who fled India late last year before the Indian Police broke up his kidney trafficking ring.
