 "I gotta pick my nose, you're not gonna shoot me are you?"The comedic stylings of a very drunk out of custody defendant (pictured and quoted above) resulted in a weekend stay in the Broward County Jail.  Unlike the last time we reported on a hammered defendant, Friday's offender was loud, obnoxious, and thoroughly disruptive to the running of a very thick docket.  He was also pretty funny.  A sampling of the gin soaked repartee, delivered with a smile toward the laughing and good natured Assistant State Attorneys:"Take me on.  See what you get.  We'll see who wins.  If you lose against me you're the biggest joke in the State of Florida!"A very patient judge ordered him into jail for the weekend to dry out, where we're sure he utilized the time perfecting his upcoming trial strategy...continue to full post
