"ARROGANT, DISCOURTEOUS, AND IMPATIENT"

 The Girl Can't Help It...Judge Cheryl Aleman is back in the news.  Not so coincidentally, she was also recently back in the criminal division, covering weekend First Appearances last Saturday and Sunday.  Today's tale of woe involves attorney David Sale (son of former Watergate Special Prosecutor Jon A. Sale).  That's right.  Courteous, calm, always professional David Sale.  David had an emergency Saturday morning, due to a clerical error surrounding a bond set by Judge Richards on Friday.  His client, who was supposed to be released Friday, got stuck in the jail.  Not good for any living thing, but particularly for this guy, who had to go to work Saturday.  Lots of people were depending on him...continue to full post
