In connection with ongoing investigations into civil matters being prosecuted by the State of Massachusetts, this blog has  been officially seized by order of William Galvin, Massachusetts Secretary of  State.  

Because this blog has actually been the only source of  credible information and consistent insight the many moving parts of what is commonly referred to as "history's biggest Ponzi scheme", and purportedly perpetrated by, amongst others, Bernard Madoff, before the morons (excuse me, the Gentlemen and Ladies)  at SEC or DOJ get their  sticky hands on it, the State of Massachusetts is hereby enjoining, (yet still enjoying), and otherwise halting the public dissemination of any  more information from this blog.This seizure, which may or may not require the use of Mrs. Ruth Madoff's defibrillator, is intended to estopp, or in plain English, to prevent access by any other law enforcement agencies, clawyers, pain-in-the-ass plaintiff attorneys, or purported accredited media outlets that don't like to do their own  footwork and refuse to provide attribution where its due. 

We've busted our Boston Butts on this case, and we deserve all of the credit for what comes next; elections are coming up in 2010.

More information about this temporary interruption in service will be posted shortly. Perhaps as soon as one hour from now. Maybe two. But certainly sooner than the next batch of SIPC checks is released by Steve Harbeck. While you're waiting, read in between the lines.
