Girls Talking About Tips and Polking Around..Yes I See

I've been reading about all of the proposals that are coming in to you and the boys, and since we go way back, I just wanted to give you a tip (we know about tips, right?) and that I'm over at Davis Polk now.

The good news is that half of my former office at SEC is with me here, and that once our office is engaged by anyone from your family, it'll be a truly protected relationship. So, if anyone actually remembered anything about tips of any kind, even the ones from parking cars at Capital Grille, we couldn't talk about it.

But more important, we've got a great entertainment industry practice, and before you make any decisions, or before that crazy guy Starkman recommends how to respond to NBC, we'd be happy to lend a hand.

Another tip--I'm hearing that the UBS thing is only getting bigger. I know that you're Uncle Bernie tried to give Sonny Delaire a heads-up on that topic a few weeks ago through his "secret blog", but my guess is that Frankie D. might have forgotten to pass the message along.

By the way--that blog of your Uncle's isn't really so secret; half of Washington DC is now logging in every day, so you might want to be careful about what you put into writing. That blog is so popular now, we're actually thinking of advertising on it! The marketing people here at the firm believe that between us advertising and SeekingArrangement.com, we'll be getting a great client base.

Of course, our only concern is that one of the govt agencies tries to shut the thing down before the next ad cycle runs its course.

Who would have thought, right?

Anyway, Eric has my private phone number, so let's schedule lunch sometime soon?
