Brian Lee Sine, 38, of Martinsburg, was arraigned Thursday by Berkeley County Magistrate Sandra L. Miller, who set a $58,000 bond, records show. Sine's arrest stems from a West Virginia State Police investigation in 2007 when he and another former correctional center officer were arrested on multiple counts of counterfeiting, according to a complaint filed by State Police Cpl.
