Blawg of the Day -- Private Equity and Venture Services Blog

The last blog we'll visit at Ice Miller is the Private Equity and Venture Services Blog. It's published by Janice Wilken, who handles securities law compliance matters for public companies. One complaint I have about the Ice Miller blogs -- they list "Categories" on the right, which would leave the regular blog reader to assume they are categories of that particular blog. What they really represent are the different Ice Miller blogs -- they are the same on every Ice Miller blog page, and they have nothing to do with the actual categories of the individual blog. So there's no good way to navigate through the posts on each of their blogs.
