DI Stifles Criticism on Youtube

PZ already posted on this but let me add to the fire. The Discovery Institute appears to be badgering Youtube into removing videos that are critical of them. They used the DMCA to get Youtube to take down a video that included a video clip of Casey Luskin on Fox News. Here's one of the videos they got taken down:
