We've been talking about pedestrian safety. I've not finished yet with all the mail box news alerts and already they are coming in with new alerts. In this one we have a 5 to 6 year-old and a 23 year old pedestrian or bystander from Cedar Rapids, Iowa finding themselves in danger of being run over.

The car came out of park and an infant was standing behind it. A 23-year-old woman, Crystal Watts, standing between two cars near her home sprang into action. She pushed the child out from behind and into a place of safety. Then found herself pinned under the car. Police were later able to free her. She suffered minor injuries.
