He was allegedly indicted last Thursday by a Harris County grand jury on a state felony charge of criminal mischief.
Here is what the Houston Chronicle reported:
A state district judge was indicted on Thursday by a Harris County grand jury on a state jail felony charge of criminal mischief after he was captured on video tampering with his next-door neighbor's car, a source said.
Woody Ray Densen, 69, could face 180 days to two years in a state jail and a fine of up to $10,000 if convicted of the offense. He could also be disciplined by the state Commission on Judicial Conduct.
Densen, who has long served as a visiting judge in Harris County and other counties surrounding Houston, was recorded on a surveillance camera walking by his neighbor's 2006 Range Rover and making contact with the vehicle twice on May 23. The next-door neighbor, Adam Kliebert, a 40-year-old home builder, discovered a series of scratches made by a key to the rear door of his vehicle. The damages totaled nearly $3,000, Kliebert said.
And there is the case of Judge Sharon Keller. From the blog by Jonathan Turley...
Texas Judge Sharon Keller is having a bad month. Just last week, there was a move in the legislature to impeach her. Now the state judicial ethics commission has charged her with violating her duty and bringing discredit upon the judiciary. It is hard to be sympathetic with her position, however, given Judge Keller's decision to told the Clerk's office to close in 2007 when attorneys were rushing over with an after-hours final death row appeal for Michael Richards — who was then executed.

And the federal bench hasn't been spared from unforgiving controversy. In this case a federal judge in Texas is being paid while he is imprisoned.
I guess when do things in Texas they do them very big.

Texas Club That Hired Teenage Stripper Sues The Girl And Her Parents
SAN ANTONIO (June 20, 2009)—A Texas club that hired a 14-year-old as an exotic dancer says it was swindled and is suing the seventh-grader and her parents.
An attorney for Club Cheetah in Corpus Christi said the girl entered the club "with 6-inch stiletto heels and a miniskirt," and looked like a Miss America contestant when she began working there earlier this year.
If still not satiated about Texas law there is the dead woman's body found in an abandoned funeral home.
Forest Park Funeral Home administrator Willy Hardy said the family of the dead woman could not pay for a funeral service or burial, and that he has moved the body each time the business went to a new location.
The funeral home vacated the space last week.
The woman was in a casket and in funeral dress, the San Antonio Express-News reported Saturday.
