MORE SAO BRADY PROBLEMS

The hearing on the aggregated DUI Motions is already bearing fruit.Details are sketchy, as we are still awaiting the transcript from part one of the hearing on July 31st (part two commences on August 18th).  This is just what we're hearing at this point.BSO Breath Tech Dicenzo reportedly testified that they had been sending notices to Lee Cohen, ASA in charge of County Court, whenever the machines malfunctioned.  Lots of heads supposedly turned on this statement, like it was the first time they had heard this.  Cut to August 7th, when Cohen started sending out letters and started filing a Notice Of Lack Of Strict Compliance With F.D.L.E. Rules in various cases.  The problem?  Many of the cases had already pled out as charged...continue to full post
