I know this is a few days old, but it's still baffling. The Senate Health Committee has caved in to the lies -- yes, lies; not interpretations, not subjective judgments, but flat out lies -- from the right wing demagogues about the existence of "death panels" in the healthcare reform bill and taken the provision for consultations with doctors to educate patients on advance directives.
