Ken Blackwell's Lies

By Ed Brayton

In an article in the Washington Examiner, Ken Blackwell -- former Ohio Secretary of State, current Family Research Council fellow, visiting professor of law at Liberty University and world class wingnut -- tells a couple of whoppers. He's trying to revive the ridiculous "death book" nonsense that the religious right threw out a couple weeks ago.

The book, "Your Life-Your Choices," had been deep-sixed by the Bush administration. It was reissued by the Obama administration. The book includes various "exercises" for vets that suggest more than a gentle nudge toward death. How about a sharp kick?
