I somehow managed to survive the last week, although there were moments when I was not sure that I was going to. The work/mommy balance has been a real struggle--harder than it has been since my first year of law school, I think (when SS had pneumonia 4 times!)After DH missed work on Monday and Tuesday, the nanny stayed with the kids on Wednesday, but I left work early to take them to the doctor
