Welcome and come on in. I want you to meet my legal secretary, Frances. She is a dynamo and is excellent at what she does. She's been with me for nine years and is my right-hand person for accomplishing all the detailed tasks that go on in an Attorney's office.

She is a secretary; she is a paralegal, and she is the most tenacious and hard-working person I've ever had the privilege to know. I am honored and grateful that she works with me, and every one of my clients get to know her and consider her a friend.
