Der Fachbereichsleiter in Mönchengladbach schildert in einem Interview mit der Rheinischen Post Entwicklungsperspektiven für die Zentralbibliothek. Unter anderem muss die Stadtbibliothek darauf reagieren, dass 60 % der Kundschaft kommt, ohne etwas auszuleihen, sondern die Bibliothek anders nutzen. Schlussendlich wird für die Zentralbibliothek ein neuer Standort gesucht.
