Man escapes lifetime sex offender probation through legal loophole

1-26-2010 Arizona:A man who was convicted of attempted molestation of a child under the age of 15 and sexual abuse was released from serving a lifetime sex offender probation term Dec. 16 due to a legal loophole.Ronald Glen Marble, 59, of Safford was charged in 1994 with one count of molestation of a child under the age of 15 ? a class-2 felony ? and one count of sexual abuse ? a class-5 felony.
