Louis Klein joins Meyers Nave

Louis C. Klein has joined Meyers Nave as Of Counsel in their labor and employment practice.

Mr. Klein has successfully represented public and private employers in various types of employment matters, including whistleblowing retaliation actions, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour actions, misappropriation of trade secrets and noncompetition claims, as well as first amendment civil rights actions related to public employees? claims of retaliation. He will be based in the firm?s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Klein was previously the co-chair of the Labor and Employment Department for Jackson Demarco Tidus & Peckenpaugh LLP. He is a cum laude graduate of the Whittier Law School, and Vermont College of Norwich University.
